Return policy
We accept return requests caused by verified product quality issues within 1–7 days after delivery, subject to the applicable consumer protection regulations and return policies of the destination country or region.
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, labels, protective materials, and any other items included at the time of delivery.
Customers are required to provide the original order number along with clear proof of the product defect. Acceptable proof may include photos, videos, or other evidence showing the quality issue, product condition, outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or malfunction.
Once the return request is received, our support team will review the submitted information and determine whether the issue qualifies as a verified quality-related return. If approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process, replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable resolution based on the specific case and local regulations.
Products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, altered, repaired without authorization, or returned without sufficient proof may not be eligible for return or refund.
